How GulfHost Works
GulfHost is not built around packages, bright shiny promises, or claims of unlimited everything. We work with selected clients, learn what they need, and manage the technology behind their web presence.
What We Give You Is a Relationship
Some GulfHost clients have trusted us with their web presence for more than 20 years.
That relationship goes beyond putting files on a server. We work with the website, the domain, DNS, hosting, email connections, and the systems behind them.

We do not try to be everything to everybody.
Technology Management
GulfHost manages the pieces that make a web presence work together. You do not have to understand every registrar setting, DNS record, mail verification record, certificate, redirect, or hosting control. That is part of what you are hiring us to manage.
Websites
We build, host, maintain, and support websites based on the needs of the client.
Domains
GulfHost can register, renew, and administer domains for clients. The customer remains the owner of the domain.
DNS
GulfHost uses Cloudflare as our standard managed DNS platform and handles the DNS configuration for managed clients.
Hosting
Hosting is configured around what the client actually needs, rather than generic packages and marketing promises.
Your Domain Belongs to You
GulfHost does not claim ownership of customer domains. When we manage a domain, we are managing it on behalf of the customer.
Customer ownership information remains associated with the domain, while GulfHost handles the day-to-day administration required to keep it registered, renewed, and connected to the proper services.
If a client later chooses to move to another provider, the domain is theirs to take with them.
If the client chooses to manage DNS directly, they may create their own Cloudflare account or use another DNS provider. GulfHost can assist with the basic handoff of the DNS configuration.
Business Email
GulfHost does not provide server-side email accounts as part of our hosting service.
We support Google Workspace for business email and can assist with connecting your domain and configuring the DNS records required for the service.

You are also welcome to use Microsoft 365 or another email provider of your choice. GulfHost can assist with the domain and DNS configuration needed to connect it.
